Travel Discount Information
Special discounted airfares for the 1999 Congress on Evolutionary
Computation in Washington, DC on July 6-9, 1999 have been negotiated with
Continental and United Airlines. Continental Airlines is offering a 13%
discount off coach fares, and a 8% discount off the lowest available
super-saver fares. United Airlines is offering a 10% discount off coach
fares, and a 5% discount off the lowest available super-saver fares. Where
super-saver fares or Saturday night stays are not applicable, both
Continental and United are offering zone fares. If, however, you book 60
days in advance of your contracted travel dates, both carriers are offering
an advance booking incentive. Continental is offering an 18% discount off
coach fares, and a 13% discount on the super-saver fares. United is
offering a 15% discount off coach fares, and a 10% discount on the
super-saver fares. Discounted airfares are available on other airline
carriers. Please call for availability. Restrictions apply and airfares
are guaranteed to be the lowest available at the time of ticketing.
Travel arrangements using the designated air carriers, or the carriers of
your choice can be made through IEEE Travel Services by calling (800)
TRY-IEEE, (800-879-4333) within the US. Outside of the US, call (732)
562-5387 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. advise the Travel Counselor that
you are traveling in connection with the 1999 Congress on Evolutionary
Computation.
