CEC99 is providing an electronic submission of reviews service for the convenience of both reviewers and the program committee (thanks to Evonet, the European Network of Excellence on Evolutionary Computation).
CEC99 prefers Web-based submission of reviews so please use the service if you can: This ensures consistency, ... and you won't have to type-in any paper title, authors'names, etc :-)
